When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of your chosen product(s) based on the frequency you select (e.g., every 30 days).
By purchasing a subscription, you are agreeing to an initial and recurring payment, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges.
Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be automatically charged for each order on your scheduled billing date.
If you choose a pre-paid subscription, you will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase.
Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of its duration unless you cancel it. Prices for subscription products are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any price increases.
You can manage, change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your customer portal. Links to your portal are included in your order confirmation and subscription reminder emails. Should you have any issues, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, you must cancel or pause your subscription at least 48hrs (if self managing in your account) or 3 business days (via our customer service teams) before your next billing date.
If you cancel after this cut-off time, your payment will be processed, and you will receive that final scheduled order. Your subscription will then be cancelled from the following billing cycle.
Subscriptions are subject to our standard Returns & Refund Policy. Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened, unsealed, or used products.
