We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not, we are here to help. This policy outlines your right to return products for either a refund or an exchange.
Please read this policy carefully. To start a return, you must first contact us at info@sacredremedy.co.uk.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept "change of mind" returns on any items that have been unsealed after delivery.
This is a legal exemption and applies to, but is not limited to, the following:
All Consumables: Supplements, vitamins, food items (e.g., Jomeis Fine Foods).
All Sealed Cosmetics: Oils (e.g., Yoni Oil, Lingam Oil), serums, and other skincare.
All Hygiene Items: Pierced earrings, hosiery, face masks, or any product where a hygiene seal is broken.
If you return an item that has been unsealed, opened, or used, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Notify Us: Contact us at info@sacredremedy.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to request the return.
Return the Item: You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unopened, sealed, and unused condition.
Postage Costs (Change of Mind):
You are responsible for the full cost of return postage.
We will refund the cost of the item(s) and the original standard delivery charge. If you paid for an express or premium delivery, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery option.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Deductions: If an item is returned to us damaged, used, or in an un-resaleable condition (and not for a hygiene-exempt reason), we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
You must contact us at info@sacredremedy.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the order if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage, fault, or incorrect item.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement or a full refund.
In this case, we will provide a pre-paid returns label or refund your reasonable return postage costs (proof of cost will be required).
All the above terms apply.
Customs & Duties: Original shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable for "change of mind" returns.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it so we can find the most cost-effective solution.
Items bought on "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned for a "change of mind" refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights. You can, of course, return a sale item if it is found to be faulty or not as described.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days from us receiving your return for the refund to be processed.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund within 14 days of us confirming it, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
